Here’s the process:

1. Contact Us. We will touch base about your family’s story and answer any questions you may have about our sessions. We will send a proposal contract to you with a quote for your family film for you to review and e-sign. You reserve your date with a signed contract and  30% deposit.

2. We will send along a detailed questionnaire to help us plan for our time together. We will collaborate with you to make a plan for the location and activities for your filming session. About a week before our session, we will touch base on the phone. It helps so much to get to know each other a bit before our session. I also like to give  more info about how our session will likely go. And of course I am happy to answer any questions.

3. On filming session day, I (Sarah) will arrive and we will chat and confirm our plans for the session.  We usually spend around 2-3 hours together bottling up your everyday. It is such a joy to get to witness the love and connection you have with your people.

4. We deliver your family film via Vimeo for digital download with instructions 3-4 weeks after filming.
