Here’s the process:

1. Contact Us. We will touch base about your family’s story and answer any questions you may have about our sessions. We will send a proposal contract to you with a quote for your family film for you to review and e-sign. You reserve your date with a signed contract and  30% deposit.

2. We will send along a detailed questionnaire to help us plan for our time together. We will collaborate with you to make a plan for the location and activities for your filming session. About a week before our session, we will touch base on the phone. It helps so much to get to know each other a bit before our session. I also like to give  more info about how our session will likely go. And of course I am happy to answer any questions.

3. On filming session day, I (Sarah) will arrive and we will chat and confirm our plans for the session.  We usually spend around 2-3 hours together bottling up your everyday. It is such a joy to get to witness the love and connection you have with your beloveds. Thank you for allowing me into your space to capture it for you!

4. We deliver your family film via Vimeo for digital download with instructions 3-4 weeks after filming. Along with 15-20 edited photos through our online gallery Pixie Set. You will be able to download your photos from this gallery.

Film projects start at $800. Contact us to get a quote for your family’s film session. We are now offering photos along with family film packages. We are not offering wedding photography at this time. Inquire for more details.
